What the $399 figure means

The official launch article calls $399 an introductory price. It excludes taxes and shipping, so the checkout total depends on destination and local charges.

Current estimate versus the launch target

The live store now estimates 4–6 months for new orders, says they are fulfilled in order, and warns that Christmas delivery is no longer guaranteed. That current notice takes priority over the older launch copy.

At launch, Pollen Robotics targeted first deliveries before Christmas 2026. Keep that wording as historical context, not as a promise for an order placed today. The store currently lists the United States, Canada, the European Union, the United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland, Japan and South Korea among its launch regions.
